When writing a blog post or doing a web page with a phone number would be nice if the reader could just click on the phone number and would make the call. This way people could even have a private phone list online. They could just click the phone number and Ribbil would dial the number

maybe I'm missing something, but I would have thought that ribbit for salesforce would auto attach a voicemail to an account/contact based on the phone# that it came from. Or at the very least lookup the accounts/contact based on the phone#.

Ribbit will be able to call unlimited world wide with a fixed monthly rate. should be added to Ribbit Pro account.

Need the ability to setup a conference call with low VoIP rates.

Would like the ability to tag voice messages and have a tag cloud component that could search messages across my entire message box.

Would like Ribbit calls to tie to Salesforce.com contact records and save voicemails to that contact and oppty's. Would like to tag memo's to contacts and oppty's as well.

We'd love Ribbit to offer us a corporate voicemail system that is not necessarily tied to mobile phones, but transcribes voicemails on all corporate phone lines, and texts them to our employees (with Salesforce integration).

I'd like to see you support more land line phone systems. I love the service for my mobile phone but my land line system is not currently supported.

Part of the admin settings should include the ability to turn on or off the Ribbit Chime and/or have additional Chimes to choose from

Ribbit is already transcribing voice to text and suggests using it to record thoughts about a meeting by calling a voice mail into the system right after a meeting. How about adding commands within that text? For example, I could say “ribbit-commands Account Lexus” followed by some notes and it would see the keyword “Ribbit-commands” followed by “Account” and automatically attach that VM to the “Lexus” account in Salesforce. Or better yet, allow the ability to assign a Salesforce tasks. I could say “Ribbit-commands Account Lexus, task for Joe Smith . . .” followed by a description which is added as text to the newly created task in Salesforce. I see this as the ultimate sales tool for sales guys who drive a lot and need the ability to do these kinds of things while driving. Ribbit is saving lives!

Need ability to have the VM get sent to multiple email addresses so email can be read from multiple email accounts

Need a feature to mass delete all messages from the message inbox and/or export those messages to something else (ie. box.net or just excel in text format)

It would be great if I could use Ribbit for Salesforce in a cool iPhone app.
