Single audio application
The top three audio applications are: phone calls, messaging and audio conferences. Can't Ribbit be the single UI for all?? Why have a seperate number for your audio conference, chair and participant code? Also why have a seperate client to manage your conference recordings and bridge controls? Wouldn't it be another killer application if all folk had to do was dial your Ribbit enabled number and be dropped directly into the bridge. With Outlook integration Ribbit could also identify the phone numbers of invited attendees and through CLI authenticate attendees to be routed to the BT MeetMe bridge via a SIP connection. The host can use their Ribbit AIR client to manage the audio conference and invoke recordings. After the call the recording can be kept in your messages. If Ribbit's text to speach could handle the conversion the host would also get a transcript of the meeting, including who said what during the call. It needs some more thought but the idea is out there on the wall for feedback.

Conference call Scribe
If there is a conference, could Ribbit transcribe the conversation after it has finished and send the text to the conference organizer. The option to record the conversation could be set when the conference is created and all attendess would be notified when they joined.
